Terms of Use

This User Agreement (the Agreement) governs the relationship between the Service Owner (the uBundle), on the one hand, and the Service User (the User).

By using the uBundle service, the User agrees to this agreement if the User does not agree with the provisions of this agreement, the User advised not to use the uBundle service.

Only paid registration services are available to uBundle adult citizens or non-residents who have purchased mobile services.

uBundle is a paid registration service. The service fee is 5 BDT per day.

Access to the uBundle service is provided to the user only through an active sign-in service. By using the uBundle service, the User agrees to the terms of this agreement:

User using the uBundle tax registration service voluntarily and at your own risk.

If the User refuses the service (terminates) the registration service for unknown reasons, uBundle will not refund any funds.

uBundle assumes no legal or material liability for loss or damage (including direct, incidental or consequential damages), loss of profits and other risks, even if uBundle has been warned of the possibility of such damage).

The user assumes all risks associated with the uBundle fee for using the registration service, the User agrees and accepts that the materials provided to anyone will never be used for commercial or other purposes for any benefit.

If, for any unknown reason (including force majeure), the Service does not function as it should, uBundle reserves the right to suspend or detain the Service until the situation is remedied.

The User agrees that by temporarily suspending his access to the Website Services with any violations, uBundle has the right to deny the Subscriber access to the Service Materials in the future (login renewal option).
